GIGYF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GIGYF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,605 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GIGYF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF3, COPS6, and ZSCAN25. Each is linked with GIGYF1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIGYF1-to-partner and partner-to-GIGYF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GIGYF1 versus ZNF3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GIGYF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GIGYF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
