Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GIGYF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,630 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GIGYF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBB2P1, EMC9, and ADNP2. Each is linked with GIGYF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIGYF1-to-partner and partner-to-GIGYF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRYBB2P1 grouped by GIGYF1-low versus GIGYF1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GIGYF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GIGYF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
