Across TCGA cell cohorts, GIGYF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,437 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GIGYF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, RNA catabolic process, and Negative regulation of translational initiation. Each is linked with GIGYF1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIGYF1-to-partner and partner-to-GIGYF1 results are reported.
