GID4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GID4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,248 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GID4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LUZP4, OR13F1, and KRTAP27-1. Each is linked with GID4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GID4-to-partner and partner-to-GID4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LUZP4 grouped by GID4-low versus GID4-high in SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GID4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GID4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
