GID4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GID4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,798 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GID4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LLGL1, MED9, and DRG2. Each is linked with GID4 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GID4-to-partner and partner-to-GID4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GID4 versus LLGL1 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GID4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GID4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
