GHRL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GHRL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,415 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GHRL-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP413, RNA5SP419, and RNA5SP417. Each is linked with GHRL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GHRL-to-partner and partner-to-GHRL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP413 grouped by GHRL-low versus GHRL-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GHRL→partner) and Y-score (partner→GHRL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
