Across TCGA patient cohorts, GHRH RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,872 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GHRH-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial translation, Aerobic respiration, and Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis. Each is linked with GHRH in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GHRH-to-partner and partner-to-GHRH results are reported.
