Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GHRH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 170 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GHRH-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6U2P, YBX1P9, and NFYAP1. Each is linked with GHRH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GHRH-to-partner and partner-to-GHRH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6U2P grouped by GHRH-low versus GHRH-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GHRH→partner) and Y-score (partner→GHRH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
