Across TCGA patient cohorts, GHRH mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GHRH-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSC, Th2 cells, and Megakaryocytes. Each is linked with GHRH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GHRH-to-partner and partner-to-GHRH results are reported.
