Across TCGA cell cohorts, GHRH RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 815 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GHRH-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Carbon dioxide transport, Negative regulation of telomere maintenance via telomere lengthening, and Negative regulation of dendritic cell antigen processing and presentation. Each is linked with GHRH in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GHRH-to-partner and partner-to-GHRH results are reported.
