Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, GHRH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,038 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GHRH-associated genes across cancer lineages are STX7, ZMYND19, and STAT4. Each is linked with GHRH in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GHRH-to-partner and partner-to-GHRH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GHRH versus STX7 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GHRH→partner) and Y-score (partner→GHRH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
