Across TCGA cell cohorts, GHRH protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 629 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GHRH-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of pro-B cell differentiation, Mast cell activation, and T cell lineage commitment. Each is linked with GHRH in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GHRH-to-partner and partner-to-GHRH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of pro-B cell differentiation grouped by GHRH-low versus GHRH-high in STOMACH.
