GHITM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GHITM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,165 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GHITM-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-214P, RN7SL623P, and CBX3P8. Each is linked with GHITM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GHITM-to-partner and partner-to-GHITM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-214P grouped by GHITM-low versus GHITM-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GHITM→partner) and Y-score (partner→GHITM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
