GHITM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GHITM mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GHITM-associated genes across cancer lineages are Monocytes, Platelets, and GMP. Each is linked with GHITM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GHITM-to-partner and partner-to-GHITM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Monocytes grouped by GHITM-low versus GHITM-high in OV.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GHITM→partner) and Y-score (partner→GHITM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
