GHDC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GHDC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,714 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GHDC-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP55, CDC25A, and UBE2S. Each is linked with GHDC in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GHDC-to-partner and partner-to-GHDC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GHDC versus CEP55 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GHDC→partner) and Y-score (partner→GHDC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
