GH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GH1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPP, Th2 cells, and Eosinophils. Each is linked with GH1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GH1-to-partner and partner-to-GH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MPP grouped by GH1-low versus GH1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
