Across TCGA cell cohorts, GH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,672 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GH1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cytokine production involved in inflammatory response, Positive regulation of myeloid leukocyte cytokine production involved in immune response, and L-glutamate catabolic process. Each is linked with GH1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GH1-to-partner and partner-to-GH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of cytokine production involved in inflammatory response grouped by GH1-low versus GH1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
