Across TCGA patient cohorts, GGTLC5P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,194 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GGTLC5P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptide modification, Serine family amino acid biosynthetic process, and Receptor-mediated endocytosis of virus by host cell. Each is linked with GGTLC5P in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GGTLC5P-to-partner and partner-to-GGTLC5P results are reported.
