Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GGTLC5P RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GGTLC5P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher GGTLC5P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GGTLC5P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and THCA show a favorable association.
KICH, BLCA, and CHOL are the cancer types where GGTLC5P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
