GGTLC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GGTLC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 210 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GGTLC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATRNL1, CNN3, and DEFB126. Each is linked with GGTLC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GGTLC2-to-partner and partner-to-GGTLC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GGTLC2 versus ATRNL1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.78.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GGTLC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GGTLC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
