Across TCGA patient cohorts, GGTLC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GGTLC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, STAT5a, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with GGTLC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GGTLC2-to-partner and partner-to-GGTLC2 results are reported.
