GGT6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GGT6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GGT6-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin_VII, TIGAR, and XBP1. Each is linked with GGT6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GGT6-to-partner and partner-to-GGT6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin_VII grouped by GGT6-low versus GGT6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GGT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→GGT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
