GGT6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GGT6 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,912 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GGT6-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT15, EFR3B, and TRIM42. Each is linked with GGT6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GGT6-to-partner and partner-to-GGT6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT15 grouped by GGT6-low versus GGT6-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GGT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→GGT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
