GGT4P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GGT4P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,038 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GGT4P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Monocarboxylic acid catabolic process, Mitochondrial transport, and Fatty acid catabolic process. Each is linked with GGT4P in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GGT4P-to-partner and partner-to-GGT4P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Monocarboxylic acid catabolic process grouped by GGT4P-low versus GGT4P-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GGT4P→partner) and Y-score (partner→GGT4P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
