GGT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GGT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GGT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL680P and OR4A6P. Each is linked with GGT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GGT2-to-partner and partner-to-GGT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL680P grouped by GGT2-low versus GGT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GGT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GGT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
