GGH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GGH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 645 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GGH-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAPCD2P2, OR51H1, and LINC02104. Each is linked with GGH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GGH-to-partner and partner-to-GGH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SAPCD2P2 grouped by GGH-low versus GGH-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GGH→partner) and Y-score (partner→GGH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
