Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GGACT Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GGACT data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher GGACT Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GGACT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD are the cancer types where GGACT Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
