GGACT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GGACT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,519 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GGACT-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM83D, CDCA3, and CENPA. Each is linked with GGACT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GGACT-to-partner and partner-to-GGACT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GGACT versus FAM83D in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GGACT→partner) and Y-score (partner→GGACT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
