Across TCGA cell cohorts, GGACT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,211 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GGACT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein demannosylation, Protein alpha-1,2-demannosylation, and Regulation of endoplasmic reticulum unfolded protein response. Each is linked with GGACT in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GGACT-to-partner and partner-to-GGACT results are reported.
