GGA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GGA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GGA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GFRA4, TAAR6, and SLC30A8. Each is linked with GGA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GGA3-to-partner and partner-to-GGA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GFRA4 grouped by GGA3-low versus GGA3-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GGA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GGA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
