GGA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GGA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,440 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GGA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPAP1P2, RNU6-1127P, and OR5P4P. Each is linked with GGA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GGA1-to-partner and partner-to-GGA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPAP1P2 grouped by GGA1-low versus GGA1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GGA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GGA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
