GFY

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GFY RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,109 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GFY-associated genes across cancer lineages are STRBP, PCP2, and RHPN1. Each is linked with GFY in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFY-to-partner and partner-to-GFY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GFY versus STRBP in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.18.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GFY→partner) and Y-score (partner→GFY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
