Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GFRA4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,283 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GFRA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP5, SMARCA1, and ZC3H12B. Each is linked with GFRA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFRA4-to-partner and partner-to-GFRA4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GFRA4 versus ARHGAP5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.65.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GFRA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GFRA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
