GFRA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GFRA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GFRA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGKV2OR2-7D, BNIP3P4, and SNORD115-22. Each is linked with GFRA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFRA4-to-partner and partner-to-GFRA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGKV2OR2-7D grouped by GFRA4-low versus GFRA4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GFRA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GFRA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
