GFRA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GFRA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,971 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GFRA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYOZ3, REEP2, and S1PR2. Each is linked with GFRA3 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFRA3-to-partner and partner-to-GFRA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GFRA3 versus MYOZ3 in MESO, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GFRA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GFRA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
