Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GFRA3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GFRA3 data layer compared with 8 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher GFRA3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GFRA3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and UVM show a favorable association.
ACC, LIHC, and MESO are the cancer types where GFRA3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
