GFRA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GFRA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,465 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GFRA3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TUBB2B, PHC1_S664, and PLIN3. Each is linked with GFRA3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFRA3-to-partner and partner-to-GFRA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GFRA3 versus TUBB2B in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GFRA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GFRA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
