Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GFRA3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,549 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GFRA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS27AP18, GDF11, and FNDC5. Each is linked with GFRA3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFRA3-to-partner and partner-to-GFRA3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GFRA3 versus RPS27AP18 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GFRA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GFRA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
