GFRA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GFRA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GFRA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, beta-Catenin, and NF2. Each is linked with GFRA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFRA1-to-partner and partner-to-GFRA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by GFRA1-low versus GFRA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GFRA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GFRA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
