GFRA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GFRA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GFRA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR52B6, KRTAP2-4, and RGSL1. Each is linked with GFRA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFRA1-to-partner and partner-to-GFRA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR52B6 grouped by GFRA1-low versus GFRA1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GFRA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GFRA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
