GFM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GFM2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,878 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GFM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZDHHC14, WDR24, and DACT2. Each is linked with GFM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFM2-to-partner and partner-to-GFM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZDHHC14 grouped by GFM2-low versus GFM2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GFM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GFM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
