GEMIN7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GEMIN7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GEMIN7-associated genes across cancer lineages are SF2, TIGAR, and Bax. Each is linked with GEMIN7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GEMIN7-to-partner and partner-to-GEMIN7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SF2 grouped by GEMIN7-low versus GEMIN7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GEMIN7→partner) and Y-score (partner→GEMIN7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
