GEMIN5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GEMIN5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 242 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GEMIN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are KAAG1, OR6C75, and CYLC1. Each is linked with GEMIN5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GEMIN5-to-partner and partner-to-GEMIN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KAAG1 grouped by GEMIN5-low versus GEMIN5-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GEMIN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GEMIN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
