GEMIN4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GEMIN4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,062 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GEMIN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA5, CDC25A, and TRAIP. Each is linked with GEMIN4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GEMIN4-to-partner and partner-to-GEMIN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GEMIN4 versus CDCA5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GEMIN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GEMIN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
