GEMIN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GEMIN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,058 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GEMIN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSRP1, SUPT16H, and MTHFD1. Each is linked with GEMIN2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GEMIN2-to-partner and partner-to-GEMIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GEMIN2 versus SSRP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GEMIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GEMIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
