GEMIN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GEMIN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GEMIN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP113, LINC00529, and OR10P1. Each is linked with GEMIN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GEMIN2-to-partner and partner-to-GEMIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP113 grouped by GEMIN2-low versus GEMIN2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GEMIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GEMIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
