GDPD5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDPD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,137 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDPD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-17P, HPRT1P3, and YARS2. Each is linked with GDPD5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDPD5-to-partner and partner-to-GDPD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-17P grouped by GDPD5-low versus GDPD5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDPD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDPD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
