GDPD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDPD4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDPD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bak, c-Kit, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with GDPD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDPD4-to-partner and partner-to-GDPD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bak grouped by GDPD4-low versus GDPD4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDPD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDPD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
