GDPD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GDPD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDPD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC5, GPR101, and PTF1A. Each is linked with GDPD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDPD4-to-partner and partner-to-GDPD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC5 grouped by GDPD4-low versus GDPD4-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDPD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDPD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
