GDPD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GDPD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 1,835 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GDPD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RETREG2, REXO1_S422, and RGN. Each is linked with GDPD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GDPD2-to-partner and partner-to-GDPD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GDPD2 versus RETREG2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GDPD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GDPD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
